At the Vestry held at the Upper Church in St. Paul's parish, New Kent Co., on Easter Tuesday, 04/06/1708, there is a reference to 'Edward Bullock's Frances Esther'. It is presumed that she is his wife but this is by no means certain.

In the New Kent Co. Land Roll of 1740, Edward Bullock is recorded with 450 acres.

In this same list is a Richard Bullock with 450 acres
